Data processed

The site requires no registration and uses no advertising or profiling cookies. If you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or in person, we only process the data you give us in order to reply.

Hosting and fonts

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse. Fonts are served from our own site, with no requests to Google.

Statistics, only with your consent

If you accept statistics, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) to count visits and page views, with an anonymised IP address and no advertising signals, and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd) for heatmaps and anonymous recordings of how pages are scrolled and clicked, with typed text masked. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Google Maps

The map in the Visit section only loads if you accept external content or press the button on the map. Google then receives your IP address and may set cookies, under its own policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

Legal basis and purpose

Contact data is processed to reply to your requests (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and to meet legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR). Statistics and the map rely on your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Hosting data serves the security of the site (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Consent and withdrawal

Nothing runs until you choose in the banner. The choice is kept on your device for six months and you can change it at any time from the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, the statistics cookies are deleted.

Retention

We keep contact data only as long as needed to handle your request and for legal terms, then delete it. Cookie durations are listed in the declaration below.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, withdraw your consent and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
